1. Returns : Due to the perishable nature of the items, we do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
2. ⁠Ownership : All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and images is the property of Osbaka Patisserie and is protected by intellectual property rights.
3. ⁠Pricing: Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate prices but reserve the right to correct any errors.
4. Ordering : We accept orders 2-3 days in advance and customised cake orders need to be placed 4-5 days in advance.
   We consider the order placed only after receiving a fifty percent advance from your end and you receive an order confirmation message from our end.
5. ⁠In case of inevitable weather conditions or festive/ operationally heavy days, we might face delays. We will keep you posted in any such scenario. We seek co-operation from you during such circumstances.
